Be aware of replacement orders fraud
A customer filed a return and replacement request, claiming she never received her package. We responded that since she didn't have the package, there was nothing to return, and advised her to file an AZ claim. Despite nothing being shipped back, Amazon issued a free replacement order. SS mentioned that if the return doesn't arrive within 30 days, we may be eligible for a refund. However, at best, we would be refunded for one unit while the customer received two.

Thanks for sharing with the forums, I'm hoping to understand the issue a bit better. In this case was the buyer given their money back, thus potentially receiving two units at no cost to them? Additionally, let me know if there have been any updates to this order.
