Amazon Automatically Adds Shipping Fee to All my Merchant Shipping Listings
Hello,
I am looking for some help because after spending months with Amazon ''Help'' center my problem has not been resolved and there are no indications that it will ever be.
It appears that Amazon is adding a shipping fee to all my listings no matter the shipping template and I am not able to remove this at all, not to mention to get the Seller Fulfilled Prime badge. After spending a bunch of time researching the only thing I found is that Amazon does this to Personal sellers, but since the beginning, I have been with a Professional selling account. I`ve tried changing the templates hundreds of times but without any luck.
Seller support was unhelpful and I have been stuck in that situation for more than a year now.
Any help will be highly appreciated!

When I look at your store Koksi Corp I am not seeing any shipping fee. Just free Prime One Day delivery. So it looks like you are qualified for Prime.
Is it just non-Prime customers being charged a delivery fee?

You are enrolled in Guaranteed delivery if you want to add shipping charge you need to disenroll in that by unmark the checkbox on that.
