Amazon Seller Account Temporarily Locked
Hi,
I have seriouse issue with my seller friend account. Can you please help them to regain there account as they are not getting any solution from seller support
Seller support are just saying tell them to contact from there account. This is seriously harrasment. When i jave shared everything and also tell them that they cannot login to there account then this solution is seriously idiotic.
Kindly help them to regain there account on priority. Case id - 8750210052

Hello,
Thank you for your post and for using the Seller Forums.
I am sorry to hear that your friend has lost access to their account. Seller Support have no access to an account when the buyer side has been restricted. They will be unable to lift any restriction on the account as it has to be reviewed by the Customer Service team.
You friend will either need to call the number provided to them in Account locked box or click on the Customer Service link further down the page for assistance.
