Fake negative reviews and Fraud customer and no support from amazon
Despite creating so many tickets just after the order was placed from the buyer side. complaint to amazon multiple times about fraud being done from a specific customer purchasing doing replacement sending crap and again returning second time second crap this was done multiple times, but to no use now after all that the buyer is giving negative reviews and amazon is least concerned for the seller

- I do not understand that Amazon has created world class customs in doing business and setting up required eco systems, but why amazon is lacking in safeguarding the interest of sellers and not maintaining the delicate balance. Amazon may use ai technology and and advance tools to track anything related to customers and sellers but they are not doing anything. This is just giving exponential growth to frauds being done on Amazon platform, which is not healthy for the growth of online shopping business.
