We are launching a self-service feature on Seller Central help page that enables you to request reimbursement for your Amazon Easy Ship orders cancellation fees. The self-service feature will reimburse all the valid requests automatically.
You can use the self-service feature on Seller Central to check your eligibility in the following scenarios:
- If you have an Amazon Easy Ship order that you believe was canceled due to a reason attributable to Amazon
- If you have been charged a cancellation fee for that order
- If the order qualifies for reimbursement within 30 days from the order’s buy date
