Products not returnable that should be returnable.
Recently, I have seen several products showing as non returnable. These are Nintendo products and they should be returnable, since they are video game consoles. They are creating issues for my customers and I fear a negative customer experience. How do we get this listings to be returnable and overturn whatever HAZMAT reason ( I assume ) is keeping them from getting returned?

The first step would be to file a case with Seller Support and share all of the proper information. If you have already done so, please share the Case ID here. I would need to look at the details and determine what options you might have.
