My order getting canceled for pickup issue - technical
My orders are getting continuously getting cancelled after scheduling on easy pickup method, as the delivery agent doesn't pickup the order- i am facing this issue since October 2023 - not one order is picked up since then. I have tried hiring Partners to manage my account but they have failed solving this issue.
Amazon team is not able to solve my issue for past 9 months.
30+ orders have been cancelled
Cancellation charges are levied and account health is getting effected by this.
Hope they have a technical team considering this issue.
