Stock Transfer Note/Delivery Challan
I am preparing my products for FBA for the first time. Seller support has asked me to keep the documents ready, if in case their executive asks for it. But do we really need to prepare a Stock Transfer Note or a Delivery Challan? I mean, do they really ask for it?

I sent my first consignment just yesterday, so let me share my experience with you. Although the executive did not ask for any documents but as soon as he left I got an email where I was asked to submit stock transfer form. Basically we need to sent a proforma Invoice which would have our firm name, our GST, HSN Code of the product, Tax rate.
Infact first I had sent a stock transfer note, in the format given to me by a amazon customer support, but FBA team raised a query saying it did not have HSN Code, value and Tax rate. So i made a proforma invoice and sent to them.
I did not receive any mail from them till the time of writing this message.Although the parcel has reached the FBA warehouse, but still not live. Lets hope for the best

Hello I want to sell self published books which are exempt under GST. Do I need to submit this stock transfer note while shipping to FBA? Also how to produce Invoice for this? Would Amazon not provide an invoice when it sells through FBA?
If yes, can anyone please share a link to the format of the document?
