Every day I am facing the same problem but there is no solution. When I talk to Amazon customer care, they also do not give any solution. I talk to the logistics team, there too there is no solution to the problem

This is happening with us also. They change the product also and sometime they return different product even though they are checking and taking return from customers. Some orders are like it seems courier company persons place it and return it just to earn shipping money.
