all of my money from net proceeds has gone to reserve for no resason
I had a net proceed of $X and it has a date of 12FEB for release but today its 0.00 and all of it is in reserve i havent broken a single policy or anything that can cause this no claim or any thing why is this happening i have contacted many support teams chat with them and even created many cases all of them transfered and ignored no resolvement.

If you are a new seller this is normal. Your reserve has to been built up for eventual returns.

Welcome to Amazon.
You will see this happening often. If you are lucky, you will see Amazon deduct your money from your card but it won't show in the payments report.

On 12FEB it shows the date so of disbursement but amount is 0.00 so after 12FEB will i get all of the account level reserve at once and will it take 14DAYS to retrieve it if so then thats insane this account was created in nov 2023 or oct got first sale on 12Jan after that its continuous sales everyday and till today its selling 95% sales are from FBA.

They did the same to me. I tried to contact seller support but got nothing. This site has gone bonkers. Never thought I would see this day but it's here and it's insane.

I am in a similar situation, all my proceeds are in the reserves, and it has been for more than 20 days now. Seller Support is of no help, they have just told me that they have sent my information to the internal. If any mods can help, I would really appreciate it.
