Same Bro, Our order got "rejected" or marked as "undeliverable" in the mid way and in the return order our product is replaced. Then amazon reject the safety claim. Not to mention the person who placed the order got refund automatically. I no longer hen got happy i receive order.

we are also facing same issue .in my case i received empty box also Amazon Safety claim team rejected the claim with the reason that "You have exceeded the number of claims"very disappointing At the end of the month our more than worth 15000rs items were lost .
I complained to the local amazon office and told them that our returned parcel is empty or changed with the video proof. After complaining things are better .
