I’ve been trying to enroll in the Buyback Self-Ship Program, but as per Amazon’s own policy, this can only be done by the customer care team. I raised Case ID: 11218143552 on 17th June 2025, and it’s been over 20 days with no resolution or concrete update.
Every response says the "internal team is working on it", but there’s clearly zero progress. This delay is directly impacting my business. Requesting urgent escalation and clear action—this can’t be an endless loop.
