UPS offers free pickup for any business that have more than the occasional package to ship. Not sure if it so if you are out in a rural area.
You should look up your local UPS office and speak to a sales rep or customer service.
Steady customers usually know personally their UPS drivers. Sometimes the drivers would call if stuff is ready for pickup.
BTW we have the same with FedEx. They have different personnel for regular and express. We know them all.

This is inaccurate and not the first time this user has posted inaccurate info.
UPS charges for pickup. They have options like a single pickup for a one time thing or weekday pickup for businesses. We have the weekday pickup for businesses and it costs us $30 USD every 2 weeks.
