Account setup keeps redirecting me to the India website
HI, I have a book listed on Amazon.com and I am a resident in USA. When I am trying to create a seller account in the USA website, it keeps redirecting me to the India website and gives me an error
"We have detected that you have started registering in a different marketplace previously. You need to complete your registration in the first marketplace before you can expand to a new one. You can also start the registration in the current marketplace using a different email address."
I ended up creating a profile on the India website (even though I don't intend to sell there) hoping that would allow me to register in the US but I can't. Could someone please help with this issue?

Oh and I also changed my business address on the India portal to the US one but that didn't do anything as well

Could you specify what's happening when you are trying to register on amazon.com? Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you get?
