I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious issue we have been facing for the past one year. Despite being an active seller on your platform, the Amazon pickup service has not been coming to our location for over 12 months now. This has resulted in severe disruption to our operations and significant business loss.
We have tried to manage the situation in various ways, but without Amazon’s regular pickup support, our ability to fulfill customer orders has been badly affected. This is impacting both our sales and customer satisfaction ratings.
Kindly investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. We request the immediate reinstatement of regular pickup services at our location. If there is any issue from our side that is preventing the pickup service, please let us know so we can address it quickly
