Amazon Seller "NO" Support gives suggestions that are against Amazon policy

Hi There

We are a Amazon seller since 2013 and we needed to change our address and instead of 80021 we input 80031 so the verification code mail might not be delivered to us, therefore I reach out after years to the Seller "NO" support to create a case so they can forward to someone who access to edit.

I know how terrible seller support was but I have never seen one that gives advices that is against the Amazon policy that can close your account. Telling me to create a new Amazon account with a new email.

Seller support have never trained for the job that is for sure..
