I’ve recently been advised by Amazon some of my listed products (alcohol variants) require an age verification service.

I've been actively trying to integrate the required verification services into my Prime orders, but for some reason, it’s not showing up. Interestingly, the verification seems to be working perfectly on my Click & Drop system, but not on Prime.

I've spoken to Amazon over 30 times and they have insisted that I can purchase AVS services from Prime and a quick look on Amazon confirms there are many Merchant-fulfilled sellers who are selling alcohol directly to customers.

Last week I received the following email from Amazon:

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Thank you for contacting us regarding Royal Mail age verification services which are not available in buy shipping.

After further investigation, we would like to inform you that currently Buy Shipping doesn't have TPC Tracked 24 Age Verification and TPD Tracked 48 Age Verification available at the moment. Hence, you need to do this directly with Royal Mail and add the tracking information in the order page.

So it seems that AVS Services are not in fact integrated with Amazon Prime.

My question is how are some Merchants able to send alcohol products on Prime??

Any help or direction on this matter will be greatly appreciated @Simon_Amazon
