Any way to report a Buyer for damaging item?

Buyer returned a new $400 FBA item and didn't bother to put a handle back in the plastic sleeve it came in.

Arrived scratched AND box has a cigarette ash in it. They turned a $400 faucet into trash over buyer's remorse.

Buyer claimed it was missing parts when it wasn't. They probably didn't bother to read a "Valve Required" in the title and description. Fine, but don't trash it!

Is there anything I can do? Does Amazon even keep track of buyers abusing returns??

I don't see a way to report the buyer OR even message the buyer saying next time, be more careful with your returns, there's no use in wasting something that is perfectly good.

Hello @Seller_HjfyVYcuJdbTf

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

You can report buyer abuse by navigating using the Report Abuse link. I am linking you to a video presentation titled Buyer Abuse Prevention in the Amazon Store. The video is part of the Amazon Seller University series of webinars. Please feel free to review the video to learn how to report the buyer abuse. You can also review this video titled Report abuse in the Amazon store for additional detail on reporting abuse.

In reference to the order, I would suggest opening a case with our Support team for additional guidance and assistance. If you have already opened a case and still need additional assistance, please feel free to provide the case ID number to this thread and I can take a look.
