Multiple custom SKUs against the same ASIN

Hey all,

I'm trying to setup 2 custom (personalisable item) SKUs against 1 of my ASINs, but I'm having difficulty.

I'd like to have a prime offering and a non prime offering against the same item. As we sell low value products, offering a tracked service to be 'prime' means we need to charge a lot more than the product is considered to be worth by the average customer, but some people just want to filter on prime and have the peace of mind that they will get it next day - so we want to cater for both customer types.

I setup a non prime SKU fine and added the custom information. I have also successfully setup a 2nd sku against the same ASIN which is all setup to my prime shipping template...

However, when I try to bulk upload custom information OR even click 'add edit custom information' against the new SKU I get the message "You have multiple offers on this product. In order to customise this listing, delete any duplicate offers."

Does this mean that you can only have 1 custom SKU against each ASIN, or have any of you found a way around this please? I also tried selecting the original SKU (the one with custom setup against it) and clicked 'add another condition' but I got the same error come through.

I have 2,500 SKUs I am trying to setup here, so this is a ball ache to say the least, and the only option I can see to make this work would be to setup a new ASIN with the prime offering on it as a variation and make the prime and non prime skus 'children', which would probably not be allowed by amazon?

Any help would be appreciated please, as seller support are obviously as useless as ever and this always seems to be the quickest way to get an answer!
