How to Launch a New Product?

It is getting very difficult to launch a new product on Amazon.

The moment we list a new product and run ads, the first few sales we get are from our beloved competitors who would buy our product from multiple Amazon buyer's accounts, post some negative reviews, and return the product by calling customer service and mentioning "Not as Described" or "Poor Quality" product. The amazing part they get the amount refunded.

Now, as it is a new listing it will get suppressed, because of negative reviews and returns, and the Voice of Customer section will show "very poor" and then we will get an email from the andon-team asking us to submit a POA.

Can anyone help us, with how to avoid all this drama with every new product launch?
