We lost the 'buy box' for many products

Hi Amazon Professionals,

We have been selling on Amazon for years, well aware Amazon policies and doing our best to maintain our account health. Overnight, many of our products lost their “buy box” option and for no apparent reason. And I've noticed that these products are basically in the cable category, did Amazon make any changes to the category?

Contacted seller support many times but none are able to provide solutions. Any experience sellers with this same issue, thank you for your advise!
