Account Level Reserve, no disbursements for months, no answer from Credit Merchant Team

Hi!

Amazon's withholding funds since end of January and keeps feeding our Account Level Reserve. Our account has never been paused or suspended and Account Health is absolutely in line (confirmed by staff).

We did all we were asked to do, still no disbursement. We've opened several cases, which have been transferred to the Credit Merchant Team. No answer. We reached out to Disbursement Appeals desperately asking for quick help. No answer. Not even inside the 5 to 10 (business) days.

Can someone please help? I'm referring to our U.S. account (artbooksonline.eu). Ticket IDs include ID 15461195491 and 15455286381. As well as automated answers from disbursement-appeals by email dated June 19, June 23 and 26.

If only we knew what was wrong, we might be able to fix it. Now we're facing bankruptcy.

Most of the sellers are facing same issue. The earnings are constantly adding to the Account Level reserve. Amazon is investing it somewhere and making money from it.

No one is able to give correct way to resolve because there is actually no way to get out of this trap.

In fact, Amazon wanted funds and they decided to raise money through this way. There is no mercy for sellers. Amazon should have some empathy. They should understand that sellers also need funds.

I understand about the situation you were experiencing with the funds held in Account Level Reserve on your account. Upon review, I can see that actually the funds were already released. I can see that the transfer initiated on 7/22/24 and then it was acknowledged by your bank on 7/24/24. You can find the Trace ID under Disbursements tab on the Payments section of your account. Please remember that transfers can take 3-5 business days to complete.

If you encounter any issues with this disbursement that was already made, please check directly with your bank, providing them with the Trace ID so they can review and support you further.

If you need more help, you can always reach out to our Seller Supportteam.
