Unable to verfiy my LLC business 'trading' address with Wise
Please can someone kindly help!
I live in the UK and I recently set up a US Wyoming LLC / with a 2nd virtual business mailbox through Bizee (infile) registered agent.
I then set up a business bank account with Wise bank, with the same virtual business mailbox address for my business 'trading' address.
I recently received a message from Wise saying "unable to verify your business 'trading address' we need a utility bill (last 3 mths).
- So I sent a utility bill from my home and changed the address to my home: This didnt work
- I then changed the trading address back to my virtual mailbox and sent my business licence: Didnt also work
- I then sent the USPS mailbox application form from my reg. agent : This didnt work also
Wise is still rejecting all my documents saying " trading address verfication still needed".
I dont understand what Im doing wrong and Ive spent 3 weeks + on this now, trying to work it out, instead of focusing on finding my first product, its becoming really stressfull. Please can someone help!!

Wise isn't part of the Amazon platform, so you will need to reach out directly to them for support on the verification issue. They do have this support channel you can utilize to address the issue.
