Delivery Appointments into BNA6 Being Cancelled (Clarksville, TN)
We have had 5 POs appointments cancelled for reason "Refuse Freight - Sample Check Failed". We have never had a delivery appointment cancelled and have been on FBA for many years.

Thanks for raising this here. I've been reviewing other seller's experience at BNA6 and I would like to review yours a bit further. Can you let me know, were these shipments with an Amazon Partner Carrier?
