Are all FCs backed up by for receipts three weeks or more or just RDU4 in Fayetteville, NC?
I have a shipment with 876 units (so not tiny, but not huge) that has been sitting at FDU4 for three weeks without a single unit received. Yet, our next shipment (1,800 units) is slated to go there as well. While this would be annoying under typical circumstances, the items in question are Christmas ornaments which typically start selling well in late August and then really start to pick up in mid to late September. So right now we have missed sales entirely for window number one, with window number two at risk as well. Why would the system continue to send shipments to a warehouse that for whatever reason is completely under water?

You may want to seriously think about holding back some of the ornaments and doing FBM since FBA is taking it's sweet time getting checked in.
Also, have you looked at other shipping location options that Amazon gives you? Does it make sense to possibly spend more money on inbound shipping to get the items into the FBA stream faster?

Greetings @Seller_SvR5o7UyGiM4t,
Thanks for raising this here on the forums - have you seen any movement on this shipment since you originally posted? Additionally, have you reached out to Seller Support regarding this shipment? I would like to investigate this further on your behalf.
