Safe T claim policy
Amazon has released a policy of 8% for wrong and broken returns that if 8% of the return parcel is damaged or the wrong product arrives, we will give you a claim.
If you claim more than this percentage, the claim will be rejected by Amazon Safety Claim Team.
But, if Amazon returns more than 8% damage or wrong product and gives it to the seller, what should the seller do?

I am facing the same issue. Everyday I am receiving wrong products and the fun fact is most of them are rejected orders, means they were never delivered to the customer. So Amazon is changing the products and then not providing the claims. I think to file a legal complaint is the only solution. I will also be reducing my sales on Amazon and moving to other platforms.

Even we are facing the same issue where customers are making mockery of the system by sending wrong items / broken items . this happens nearly everyday .
