Barcode Not Printing When Using PC
Hi!
I am a new seller and recently got an order. I printed the tax invoice and the packing slip and I had it ready for the easyship personnel. Today the person came and notified me that there isn’t any barcode on the packing slip which is supposed to be scanned before taking the product. I tried a lot on my computer but the ‘print packing slip’ option doesn’t print the barcode it only prints info (sample attached). The barcode does show up when I print packing slip using the mobile app but I want to do it using my PC as it is connected to my printer. Any help appreciated

I faced a similar problem today; however got lucky while trying to locate it again. Go to manage orders and click on the link order ID in order details column. On that page scroll down and you will find “Reprint Label”. Click on that and click “Print” Shipping label. I hope that helps.
