US and EUROPE

So, I have an US Seller account and now want to start selling, FBA, in Germany.

Do I need to register a German account with unique email, phonenumber and bank account?

Or can I use same as for US?

I tried to registere but got stuck when I gave the same phonenumber as for the US account!

How can this be navigated?

You can expand to the Europe with your current account by using the sign up link on this page:

https://sell.amazon.com/global-selling/europe

You can have two selling accounts, however, you may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.

Examples of a legitimate business justification include:

  • You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
  • You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
  • You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts

In your situation, I wouldn't continue with registering the second account as it may cause issues since you used the same phone number, but you can expand your current one to sell in Europe.

The link you provided takes me to a new login page. And then my same seller central.

My question again is do I need to create a european seller account in addition to my North american account`, if I want to stock and sell in Germany and US?

I find nothing in Inventor about Sell global.

It is not about creating another account for same region.

I find this text:

Even if you already sell in one Amazon marketplace, you will need to create a new seller account in another marketplace. For example, if you sell on Amazon.com and want to sell on Amazon's European marketplaces, you need to create a new Amazon seller account in Europe, such as a unified account that includes multiple Amazon Europe marketplaces (Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands).

Hi . I do have same issue. Has opened Seller Central in the US region. And want to expand to EU (Germany ) as has suppliers in Germany. Can not understand how do that! When I move to main page of my Seller central account-top of the page-My Store name.....United States-click on one and available counties shows up Australia, United States, Japan , Canada , United Kingdom BUT NO FRANCE OR GERMANY there!!

When I move to Sell Globally-pick up Europe-click on Germany- Than I am taken to Sign In page- Sign in with my password etc and email-After than I am taken again to same menu with list of countries: counties shows up Australia, United States, Japan , Canada , United Kingdom BUT NO FRANCE OR GERMANY there!! What's the mystery of this circled Amz magic? Saying and giving option Sell Globally-pick the region to add-pick Germany and apperrs on page with list of countries where only America, Japan, Australia and United Kingdom.. No France No Germany there...3 days same can not reach Germany..

Please Help, I already opened Company i EU, EORI etc. and stuck on expanding business on EU region -can not start selling in Germany having opened US seller central
