No fulfillment center in Lucknow though amazon said it is launched?

Can anyone tell me why there isnt any fulfillment center in Lucknow even when there is news all over internet that fulfillment center launched in Lucknow? Even amazon’s site says that it will end 2017 with 41 operational centers. The links of news on TOI and AMAZON are below-
