Apparel product supressed because I need a license to sell PESTICIDES?

My $100k+ a month product was suppressed yesterday with the justification that "To sell Pesticides and Pesticide Devices on Amazon.com, you must be a resident of the USA and complete an eLearning and related test. What the actual ****** is this?
I sell apparel! The listing is clean! No keywords or anything mentioning pests or pesticides...
Anyway. Seller support not being helpful as always. Taking too long to do anything.
