AGL Sucks！
I've got a shipment shipped by AGL on April 30th. But it is still not receiving unitl now. Almost 3 months, the estimated receving date is put off day by day, and I have opened so many many cases to track my shipment. But no news comes back. Please tell me why AGL work so ineffciently.

AGL is sporadic at best. Sometimes things go OK, and sometimes they go off the rails. When things don't go as scheduled it's impossible to get a straight answer or help. I hope my competitors use them.
