SafeT claim policy-No transperncy

Hi,

I sell small electronic/mobile etc. parts at Amazon, In a lot of returns, some buyers sent back an old used, and faulty product instead of our original product.

I always make packing and opening videos of my products, and nowadays safety team is denying claims with reason :-

Reason: You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims.

Policy: Sellers are subject to enforcement action as per Amazon policies, if they are found to be abusive or fraudulent as per Amazon internal policies, have filed a fraudulent claim, or are found to be abusing or misusing the SAFE-T policy in any form or manner.

even after submitting all the evidence/images and videos clearly safeT team is doing this.

They are violating their own policy and there is no transparency in the safety claim process.

The seller support team is helpless as is totally helpless, they just copy past the template replies and share Safety claim policy with us but they never write what they communicate with us on the phone.

Is there any seller who can help us to be safe from buyer's fraud?

To whom should we communicate further if Seller Support is unable to help us?

Only solution is to increase your price to accomodate for these losses.

The same is happening with me. I deal in home furnishing products. I sent 3 bedsheets but recieved a white torn cloth as return. It was pretty evidient from the outer transparent packaging only. But the safe-t claim was still denied for nor reasan.

Also in another case 2 of my bedsheets went missing but i was only reimbursed for 1

Truly SAFE-T claim team does not help. Amazon was to return one of package it was over month . I reported it to T claim they said I was not available to receive . I did not even get a regular return email that lets us know that return will be made on specific day. The amazon centre in my city states that the package never arrived at the centre how can they attempt. I communicated this to SAFE-T claim team and asked for the tracking details . They are simply closing the case with no proof. I rarely make a claim 1-2 times on 3- 6 months . This how rude and unhelpful the seller support is.

You should stop selling the items for which you are getting a lot of return for few days. Otherwise you will not be granted claim and safe t claim could get deactivated for 45 days from your account. And if you are getting more returns your account can be at risk also.

I used to sell cash counting machines on Amazon. These are costly products, priced around Rs 11,000/-. Same issue was happening with me. Buyers would keep the new machine and send their old machine. Inspite of showing Amazon the packing and unpacking video, they would reject the Safe T claims saying that the video quality is poor. They have limited the size of the video files to be attached to just 250 MB, and they expect a good quality video of 10 minutes to be of good quality! Although in the videos it could be clearly seen that I have received a different product.

Amazon is so obsessed with pleasing the buyers that last week, it refunded a buyer Rs 20,000/- from my account because the buyer complained to Amazon that the machines are not working properly. The buyer had purchased these machines 30 months ago!!! I had already stopped selling on Amazon for a year and this was the last straw. Now I am fighting with Amazon to get my money back. Amazon has no concern for sellers' rights or concern, they are like cattle, no respect, no value, ready to be manipulated at Amazon's or buyer's whims. For Amazon, buyer is always right and seller is always wrong.

Hence I have stopped selling on Amazon.
