Did Not Arrive
My Amazon Seller experience is low however learning something every day. I’m a brand owner and producer with a 4.7 rating. Recently I have had a very few “Prime” returns with the reason given as “Did Not Arrive”. Nothing to do with the product. Thing is I use FBA so there’s not a lot I can do about shipping. A very rough estimate is that the recent return rate for the non arrival reason is roughly between 6% to 10%. Is this a normal rate of return ? I can’t see what I can do about it but any advice welcome.

Does seem a little strange, how can someone return something that hasn't arrived? =/
