Pending FBA Orders
New to FBA trying after 5 years of FBM. Whats with the pending orders? I have had maybe 50 or so orders in the past 4-5 days. Everyone but 2 is still pending. Do they not change the status until it’s delivered? I never had this issue with FBM after 30 minutes they would change to complete and I could fulfill the order. Just curious what the deal is with these. Thanks for any help.

FBA orders will stay "Pending" until shipped. Note that buyers who are not Prime, and who do not wish to pay extra for shipping, will often be waiting 4-5 days for an item to ship, especially this time of year. And that's not even counting any delays in payment processing.
In short, 4-5 days, or even longer, is very normal; and besides, there's nothing you can do about it anyway; Amazon handles everything.

Thanks for posting! As the previous commenter mentioned, it's not uncommon to have orders stay in pending for a brief period of time prior to shipping. I would keep an eye out for any that linger for an extended period of time. The typical threshold is 21 days, but I have worked with sellers in the past that had timelines beyond 21 days.
