Section 3 Unauthenticity Complain
Amazon deactivated my account stating unauthenticity of a product. I submitted valid invoice of the supplier having all those necessary requirements but Amazon did not accept. Then I submitted warranty letter of the supplier which is a legal letter stating that the product is authentic if not legal action can be done against supplier. Along with all necessary details like bank transfer receipt but Amazon did not accept. At the end after a lot of struggle I got LOA from the brand stating that I am their authentic partner and the product is original. I also attached my conversation with the brand's B2B North America manager stating that the supplier is authentic and we are their partner. But Amazon is not even accepting that and I am getting automated response from Amazon. I don't think there can be any more valuable supply chain documents left or there can be any more stronger document to prove the authenticity of the product. What should I do now?

If you have the Letter of Authenticity of the brand owner, it's time to get the executive seller relations team (jeff@amazon.com) involved and cite your failed case numbers.

NEVER expect Amazon to do the right thing.
Sell on another platform where you own the listing and control it.

The documents you provided are not what they expected.
I do not know what a "warranty letter" from the supplier means. "If not legal action can be done against the supplier" is also shady.
They also do not accept conversations, screenshots, emails, and other things like that.
They want 2 simple things:
-LOA from the brand owner that you are authorized to sell their brand on Amazon
-Invoice/s from the brand or their authorized supplier that will cover the sales on Amazon.
If you would mention the brand probably you may get more accurate advice.
