Need Help: Transparency Code Required After Listing—96 Units Already in Transit

I need help with an urgent issue related to an ASIN I recently listed. When I first listed this product, the only option available was "Sell This Now," so I went ahead and sourced 96 units from an authentic manufacturer. These units are either in transit or have already arrived at Amazon's warehouses.

Now, I’ve just discovered that the listing requires approval and Transparency Codes, which were never mentioned during the listing process. The manufacturer doesn’t provide Transparency Codes, and the packaging doesn’t have them either. If I had known this earlier, I would have made sure the codes were applied.

I've followed all other Amazon policies, including applying FNSKU labels, but this Transparency Code issue was completely unexpected.

Is there any way I can list and sell these 96 units without the Transparency Code requirement? If not, what steps can I take to resolve this? Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I’m worried about the units already being at the warehouse.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello numbers and letters, sellers like you are the reason for transparency codes. You are a seller without "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner. Now these brands clean their house and want to eliminate all unauthorized sellers. The easiest way is to print Transparency codes on the package. You have to hurry up and create removal orders as soon as these units arrive at Amazon. Then sell elsewhere.

When the items arrive to the FBA warehouse it will be labeled as "defective" due to lack of transparency codes. You will have the option to initiate a removal order or just dispose of this inventory.
