Customer returned an item using an amazon provided return label.
the item has been received back, however, the reason for the return is not valid. Amazon, for some reason did not issue a refund at first scan. I have not issued the refund, as Safe T claims can’t be issued unless the refund is issued by Amazon. How do I process the refund, and open a safe t claim to be refunded for the return label cost?
