Assistance Needed for FTL Shipment Without Pallets
Hello,
I need assistance with my Amazon FBA shipments. My products are 70 cm, 90 cm, and 100 cm in length, which makes it difficult to pack them in standard boxes. Normally, I have been shipping them on pallets, but now I want to send them as FTL (Full Truckload) shipments.
Here’s the issue I am facing:
When I create my shipment plan, I apply Amazon product barcodes to each item.
After that, I reach a mandatory field asking for box dimensions. Since I am not using a standard box, I enter some approximate box dimensions.
Then, I select FTL shipping and choose "Non-Amazon Partnered Carrier."
However, after proceeding, I encounter a required field asking for the number of pallets. But I am not using pallets, as I am filling a full truck with my products.
My questions are:
What should I enter in the "Number of Pallets" field if I am sending a full truckload (FTL) shipment without pallets?
Where should I place the box labels and pallet labels on my shipment if I am not using pallets, but instead loading directly onto the truck?

As detailed here, for all LTL and FTL shipments, we prefer that they are delivered on pallets to our fulfillment centers. If you can't place your shipment on pallets for any reason, your carrier must select Floor loaded as the load type when booking an appointment at a fulfillment center. We have limited appointment availability for floor-loaded shipments. For more information about floor loading, go to the Floor loading policy.
When loading packed products directly on the floor, rather than using pallets or other containers, it takes longer for the fulfillment centers to process, which may impact your products availability for sale on Amazon and unload times. Carriers may also apply additional charges if your shipments require extensive handling.
I recommend reviewing those resources which will detail those requirements before proceeding.
