HiJacker on my Brand that is Trademarked. Amazon shuts MY account down!

Hello again. My Amazon Business account was shut down after making a test buy on Amazon for the reason of reporting a HiJacker. Another HiJacker has come on my listing and to report them, I need to make a pest buy. However, if I make a test buy on my Personal account, Amazon may shut that one down also for buying my own product. Here is the email I received after they shut down my Amazon account:

Hello,

We have closed your Amazon.com account. We took this action because you have misused Amazon’s services. Examples of misuse include placing orders for your own products or purchasing products in order to receive compensation directly from the Sellers.

We have canceled any open orders you had on this account. Any digital content that you purchased with this account is still available to you. To access the content, click the “Manage Your Content and Devices” link on the "Your Account" menu on Amazon.com.

Any unused gift card balance is no longer available.

If you would like to appeal this decision, please reply to this email to reach an Account Specialist. Our Customer Service team can only confirm that we sent this message and help you with technical issues. They cannot reverse this decision or share more details on this matter.

If you do a purchase on Amazon, of course you will choose the seller. And of course you will NOT buy a product from you, but from this other seller because you want to compare this product with your's.

Unfortunately you bought from yourself and for this Amazon closed your account:

Dougal here and I will be happy to assist. Can you provide the either the case ID or date of the performance notification in which you received the message you copied here.

I cannot find a performance notification or case that notifies you of your account being closed in any store in NA. I also see that you have full access on the Brand Registry site. If you received this notification on your buyer account, I am afraid I do not have access to buyer details. I advise you to follow the appeal path and provide as much detail and information letting that review team what happened. Ideally, your appeal will be accepted and your buyer account will be turned back on and you can continue to make test buys as appropriate.

I strongly recommend reviewing both the Report an intellectual property violation Seller University video as well as the "We Do Not Enforce," section of the Report Infringement form before you submit another infringement claim. These will provide you the correct process to properly report infringement.

I hope this helps and I am sorry I cannot assist with anything on the buyer side.

I could be totally wrong, but my theory is the hijacker reported you as the hijacker before you reported them. Amazon is stupid and took their word over yours. They went with who was reported first.

Are you able to find anything out? Amazon still will not reply to my email to the "Account Specialist" and it has been 12 days.

How is Amazon able to keep my gift cards that I uploaded to the site after paying CASH for them? How is this possible?
