Amazon must verify customer by verifying their aadhaar or pan card

Fake order and fake returns are a big concern in amazon nowadays. Amazon must verify their customers via verifying their aadhaar card or pan card before onboarding them. What frauds are doing is creating a new profile evrytime using a different mobile number if the previous is blocked. If amazon starts verifying their customers by aadhaar or pan they cannot open another account using the same aadhaar or pan. aadhaar and pan is also linked. This step will make fraud customers to think twice before placing fake orders or doing fraud activities. To encourage customers, amazon can announce some cashback to the customer or reward them some amazon gift card.

UNFORTUNATELY, THEY WILL NEVER DO THIS. BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE THE MOST CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY IN THE WORLD. AND WHAT ENCOURAGES THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES.

not just fake buyers ... easyship staff we guess is involved because we had been delivered in returns with rejected order/s in diffrent packing & with different items . How come an rejected or undelivered pack all things changed ?

yes , amazon need to be having a system this way.. Fraudsters creating different account if previous one blocked .

Instead solving this issue, Amazon blocks seller's Listing with blame that seller has sent that fake returned product
