Image and FNSKU upload DISASTER
I recently have shipped 1000 units of my product to amazon's warehouse in the US from the UK. I created a ghost listing in order to get the product barcodes to put on the packaging whilst my product images got rendered. Now with my units arriving in the US I have tried to update my listing to have the correct image of the product. This is where the FIRST issue arises - upon trying to upload the correct images, I am greeted with an error suggesting that the photo is not associated with the ASIN and EAN for my product. Highlighting this issue and explaining the circumstances with Seller Support (providing and showing all EAN numbers and descriptions on the product and on GS1 barcodes proving what the product is) they suggest that I delete the listing, wait 24 hours then try reupload via flat file..
24 hours later.. I re upload the flat file with all the correct information on it, yet it has an error when uploading suggesting the image associated is not correct for the ASIN/EAN and it will not upload. I then try to add the product again manually not using the flat file with the EAN, this then creates a new listing with a different FNSKU (mistake) and still does not let me change the image to the correct one on the listing. I have since deleted this listing and tried to re upload a flat file with the correct FNSKU and image - however this is now getting rejected due to TWO issues (first being the image and second being the FNSKU is wrong). I assume this new FNSKU is due to my error of manually trying to add the product again - I am guessing this is going to affect all the barcodes that have been printed on my packaging?
I have highlighted this all with seller support but as I'm sure everyone here knows has been less than helpful.
Can anyone suggest any advice or help me through this as I have gone round in circles the past 48 hours and would appreciate more than anything else some insight.
Many thanks

Greetings @Seller_cHofK8gasx52B,
Thanks for reaching out with your difficulties with your Product Detail Page changes and your concerns with your FBA Inventory. I'm sorry you are having trouble fixing your listings the way you expected. In general I do not recommend creating "ghost listings" before you have appropriate images of your product. Amazon expects every product to be a real product and if the product doesn't match what arrives at the Fulfillment Center it can create these kinds of problems.
However I'd like to review your case to see what options I can offer for escalation to try to resolve this issue. Please provide your most recent Case ID on this issue so I can review. Thank you.
