Fraudulent activity done by Amazon Service Provider
Hello,
I requested a Cataloging Service from amazon SPN from E-com Expert on Dec 02, 2024.
I got a call from them and they quoted me the price for listing and I agreed to that... Then they asked for the basic details for the listings and I provided them with an excel sheet of 40 SKUs to be listed on amazon.
After that on Dec 04, 2024, they asked me for my login credential for uploading the listing files.... but instead of uploading files they created Service requests in multiple categories to their own company E-com Expert and then marked them completed and posted a five star rating without even letting me know.
Also till date they never created my listings and now even not answering my calls.
Here is the initial request ID for cataloging 36b3919b-cac4-41d8-8419-46e4a757f41e
Here are the other Service request IDs which they fraudulently created themself:

Now I need my money back which I have paid to them which is INR 1500 also please take appropriate action.
I also created a ticket for this: 10649331652 But I am still waiting for a resolution

that's why I don't trust these service providers. One should share their login credentials only with known people. Its better to hire someone offline instead of blindly trusting people online.

Hi,
Similar incidents happened with me as well. After taking the advance payment, they didn’t bother to do the work. After several calls, they finally completed the task and uploaded the listings to my account. However, I noticed that they had copied and pasted content from other brands into my listings.
When I requested corrections, they were not even willing to make the necessary changes. Some listings were updated, but the content was full of grammar and spelling mistakes. It’s truly a case of “Jaisa Raja, Vaisa Praja” – everyone seems to be here just to loot sellers. My advice: never trust even SPN or the "Raja."

hi, these days everything avaliable on youtube videos learn. Also amazon videos.
I also faced problems with SPN they create campaigns as a part of our work after that if we donot remove their access they will pause the campaigns.
