Stranded Inventory in Global FBA Inventory (aka Amazon Upstream Storage (STAR program) - Stranded Units Since April 2023

We were early adopters to utilize Amazon Upstream Storage (STAR program) for inventory but ran into an issue this year. We have units in Global FBA Inventory (aka Amazon Upstream Storage (STAR program) that have been stranded since April 18, 2023 and another stranded a few weeks ago. The ASIN was working with auto-replen but then started failing with the following error 'This manufacturer barcode is linked to more than one ASIN. Please check if you entered the correct product ID (ISBN, UPC, or EAN).' I have gone back and forth with Amazon Support, however almost all the Support Specialists aren't familiar with the Amazon Upstream Storage (STAR program) and have been unable to help. The two most common responses are 1) Amazon barcode the asins and 2) remove the inventory. Neither of these options is available to inventory already stored in Amazon Upstream Storage (STAR program). Have any other Sellers utilizing STAR, had units stranded and been able to unstrand them? Is there an escalation path since this seems like a major flaw this their program that they are not warning Sellers about the Amazon Upstream Storage (STAR program).

Hello @Seller_piXKtakud0UGr. We were experiencing a technical issue which prevented some sellers from reinstating stranded inventory. This issue was corrected last week.

Have you seen any changes with your inventory this week, or are you still experiencing problem.
