add to cart to see product details

WE need to know how to make our pricing on some asins appear as the following "add to cart to see product details" this allows us to sell items under MAP pricing without violating MAP. It used to be done with a template upload but I can not find that template now.

Why can't you just list the item at MAP pricing, and you still wouldn't be violating MAP policy?
