My account has been deactivated due to selling the product which said its restricted product... but is still selling on Amazon, why?

Hello SOCHO COSMETICS,

This is Marc, with Amazon Account Health Support. Thank you for speaking with me regarding your Selling Account.

As discussed, I understand you needed assistance with your selling account.

I am glad I was able to help you. Here's a recap of our discussion:

We have taken this measure because you have listed items that are not permitted for sale on Amazon. Items sold on Amazon must adhere to all applicable laws and Amazon policies. For more information, go to "Restricted Products":

Examples of restricted products you have listed include, but are not limited to:

ASIN: B0CMRSDNZC

10ml Male Enlargement Oil Increase Size by Crazylife

If you believe that there has been an error, and these products are permitted for sale on Amazon, please submit an explanation by clicking "Reactivate your account" on the banner at the top of your "Account Health" page:

Your explanation should include the following information:

-- How your account has not violated the Amazon Restricted Products policy

-- Evidence that shows that your account complies with the Amazon "Restricted Products" policy

OK, I don't know anything about medical products but certainly you need a huge bulk of certifications.

But - even if you had FDA etc. certifications - that title is a real no-go! These are claims you can defenitely not spell or prove. Snakeoil.

You would think that when Amazon discovers such an obvious violation, they would instantly nuke the page and notify every seller.

But for whatever reason, that's not the way it tends to work. It will probably take a couple of days or maybe a week for them to deactivate each seller, then finally the page will turn into a Dog Page.

So don't be distracted by the fact that it is (for now) still being sold. Concentrate on making sure that what YOU sell is compliant with the actual rules and policies.

I see you have questions regarding your account and restricted products.

It is always important to ensure the products you list for sale are not only described accurately, but also that you are listing items permitted for sale on Amazon in addition to accordance with local, state, and federal laws at all times.

This is not limited to actual restricted products entirely, but does include items that have restricted ingredients or even when certain keywords are utilized. Images uploaded to the listing may potentially impact the status of your listing, too, depending what is being represented by them.

How do you determine what products you offer for sale?

From here, you will need to provide evidence that the items you listed are not restricted in any way, shape, or form. What information do you have that supports this?

It is important to provide any documentation, pictures, and other relevant information via an appeal.

All the best,

Stevie.
