Missing Shipment

My FBA Shipment keeps missing one unit. FBA188YKR8V1, missing one unit. Asking me to request help and will just deny me and say nothing. Why do my units keep going missing.

Mostly it is based on the quality of the employee at the fBA center. When you actually communicated with someone at an FBA center, it was not the person who unpacked your shipment. The Rep has to believe what the employee tells them, not what the seller tells them. The company gets more dysfunctional every day.

Hey there @Seller_92k3fFOnPdLvq- and thanks for the post! Depending on when the shipment occurred, your requests for assistance may be getting denied if the shipment is not yet eligible for investigation. You can see this page on how to reconcile your FBA shipments, and use the tool there to determine if it is eligible to be investigated yet.

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions on this topic after reading through!

Best,

Danny
