buisness name changing , support do not helping me
Hello, I want to change my business name and business address. At European accounts I have done it without any problems, here at USA I am trying to do it month, and no result. I have made all steps to do it, all verification processes, and I can not change the business name and address, it shows to me red error.
I am sending this screenshot to support, their answer is "sorry, we can not help you in this question". Ok, but who can??? I am asking to give me contacts who can, and no help. NO HELP!!!
I have opened the case forum, and they deleted this case yesterday!!!! this is so stupid situation, can someone help me to change the business name????

A seller account is personal. So, if it was created by AX Llc you cannot change it to BX LLC. You have to create a new seller account with the new seller name under the condition that you don't sell in the same category like the first account.
