Yes it does include up to $100 insurance, but I noticed also I tried to add extra insurance on top and it will not add the additional insurance charge for both Ground Advantage and the Cubic option as well. Did not try for signature but I'm sure the same issue.

USPS Ground Advantage Label Printout Format Different
Sellers who purchase USPS Ground Advantage shipping trough Buy Shipping are currently not able to purchase additional insurance beyond the included $100, or purchase signature confirmation services.
I followed up with the teams today but do not yet have an update about expected fix dates.
In the meantime, if you would like to use these services, please revert back to using First Class and Parcel Select while we resolve the issues with Ground Advantage.

Issues affecting Signature Confirmation and additional insurance have been fixed. Sellers purchasing these options will see the correct charges in Buy Shipping.
Our team is still working to fix the problem affecting label configuration. I understand that the USPS legacy services grace period will soon be over, and I will have further updates about backup options as we get closer to that date.
