EAN Unlinked from ASIN: Solutions and Experiences?
Recently, one of my listings had its EAN number unlinked from its ASIN. Now, Amazon isn't recognizing our barcode when scanning since we've used our EAN number on it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you manage to resolve it and link the EAN back to the ASIN, ensuring the units could be scanned properly again by Amazon? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

I've never heard of this happening before, how did you find out?
Can you provide the ASIN and the EAN you expect it to have?

We had an ASIN with a similar error on the Packing details .
Tried Seller Support without success , only suggestion is to delete and make a new ASIN with an Amazon Barcode .
