Amazon Not Answering Phone Calls.

I am currently facing a pressing issue that requires me to contact seller support urgently. However, I am having trouble getting through to them by phone, especially since I am making an international call. Despite the phone ringing and appearing to connect, I have been unable to establish a connection. Furthermore, I had scheduled calls with them, but they did not call me at the designated time, and I am now unable to schedule another call.
I have already created and submitted a case to Amazon's seller support before attempting to call them, but I have not received a response yet. I would like to follow up with them to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I am reaching out to ask if anyone else has experienced similar issues when trying to contact Amazon's seller support by phone, particularly when calling from outside the US. If so, I would appreciate any advice or tips on how to resolve the problem, or if there are any alternative ways to get in touch with them. Is there a different phone number or method that I should be using to contact them from an international location?

You cannot call Seller "Support," you must go the route to ask them to call you, if you have the Professional account. If you have opened a case, they do NOT reply quickly. And if you keep opening one, you go back to the bottom of the list.
Sellers usually have better luck by posting their issue here in the forum and hope a helpful seller can assist.

I have asked that a supervisor call me back after receiving the same CANNED, INCORRECT answer to a problem I am having with my listings FOUR TIMES.
The answers I am receiving have nothing to do with the problem!!
How can I get someone to call me back, or at least, what is THEIR phone number that I can call to speak to someone. Their online support is atrocious.
